INDEPENDENT PRINTING & PACKAGING HAS AN EXCITING OPPORTUNITY FOR AN PACKAGING & COMMERICAL PRINTING SALES REPRESENTATIVE TO JOIN OUR SALES TEAM!

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Sales Representative to grow our folding carton packaging business, while also supporting commercial print sales. This individual will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, building relationships with manufacturers and brands, and managing a pipeline of packaging and print projects from initial contact through closing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities, with a primary focus on folding carton packaging
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts
• Collaborate with internal teams including estimating, structural design, and production to develop solutions that meet client needs
• Conduct discovery calls, on-site visits, and presentations to understand client requirements and pitch solutions
• Stay informed on industry trends, materials, and packaging innovations
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
• Accurately maintain CRM and sales records
• Partner with marketing to develop impactful, creative customer outreach and engagement strategies

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years of sales experience in folding carton packaging, commercial printing, or related industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve discrepancies and provide effective solutions
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage a sales territory
• Familiarity with packaging design, materials, and production processes a strong plus
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed

SCHEDULE:

Full-time, Hourly, Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:00pm

STARTING WAGE:

This is a salary position and beginning wage will be in line with experience.
