 2 cups Rhubarb, diced
 1 cup Raspberries
 ¾ cup Sugar
 3 Eggs
 1 Egg Yolk
 ½ cup Whipping Cream
  tsp Vanilla
 1 10 inch Pie Crust

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Roll out pie dough into 10-inch tart or pie pan.

Layer rhubarb evenly across bottom of pan, then sprinkle over with raspberries.

Whisk together sugar, eggs, and yolk in small bowl. Mix in cream and vanilla.

Pour egg mixture over fruit and bake for 20-25 minutes, until batter is firm.
