1 ½ cups Meat (leftover chicken or pork), diced
 1 10 oz Bag Frozen Vegetables
 1 cup Chicken Broth
 1 cup Minute Rice

In a deep skillet heat 1-2 tbsp olive oil over med high heat. Add vegetables and stir for 2-3 minutes.

Add meat and heat until warm. Add chicken broth and bring to a boil.

Stir in rice, cover, and turn off heat. Let steam for five minutes, then serve.
