Easy Peasy Mac n Cheesey

Ingredients:
2 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1 cup Colby Jack Cheese, shredded
3 tbsp Butter
2 ¾ cups Half & Half
2 10 oz Cans Cheddar Cheese Soup
1 lb Cavatappi Noodles
½ tsp Paprika
½ tsp Black Pepper

Pour half & half and cheddar cheese soup into crock pot. Whisk together until smooth. Pro tip: use a crock pot liner for easy clean up!

Stir in shredded cheeses, noodles, paprika, pepper, and butter (cut into 3 pieces). Stir until well blended.

Cover and set crockpot to highest setting. Stir every 30 minutes for 2-3 hours, until noodles are cooked to your liking.

Serve and enjoy! Add your favorite toppings--mine is crisp bacon! Mmmm...
